Are all of your buildings available for EZ Payment?
All of the standard buildings are available for EZ Payment. Special orders may require a cash purchase. Build On Site buildings must be a cash purchase.
Do I need good credit?
At SuperShed, we offer our customers the option to buy or use EZ Payment with NO CREDIT CHECK!
How do I make EZ Payments?
If you choose our EZ Payment option, all payments should be made to your assigned rental company in accordance with your contract / EZ Payment agreement. If you have misplaced this information, call 270-804-7501.
How much will my initial (down) payment be?
Down payments will vary. For the majority of the buildings only the first month’s rent is needed to order your building.
When will I get my new building?
We strive to deliver as quickly as possible. A building purchased off of one of our lots will generally be delivered within 10 business days. Delivery times on ordered buildings can vary from 3-6 depending on the season and demand.
Is delivery included in the price?
Yes. When you buy or rent-to-own a building from SuperShed, we will deliver your building for FREE within 50 miles of the lot location on a lot model. Ordered buildings are delivered free throughout the State of Kansas.
Does the building need to sit on gravel or concrete?
The only requirement is a level location. Our buildings are designed to rest directly on their skids. In order to level the building, we use treated wood blocks. If you would like to have your building on concrete blocks, we only require that you provide the blocks.
What if my new building will not fit through my gate or around
You are responsible for making any alterations to fences or other barriers. We do not cut trees or limbs. Please make sure the path to your building site is free of obstructions. In some cases it may be possible for us to build your building on-site.
How much space should be allowed to deliver a building?
A vertical space of 16′, measured from the ground to the top of the building when it is on the trailer, is required. Be sure to take any tree branches and utility wires into account. The driver will still need a minimum of 2-3′ of space to maneuver the mule. That is, a building 12′ wide will require a 15 foot wide space. Please take tight turns into account when considering a location.
In what sizes are your buildings available?
We can build most of the buildings between 8’×12′ and 16’×50′ as long as it is in increments of 2′.
Why is my 14′ wide building only about 13’?
We are limited by hauling regulations as to how wide a building we can deliver. Our 8′, 10′, and 12′ wide buildings are measured from outside wall to outside wall. Our 14′ and 16′ wide buildings are measured from eave to eave.
What kinds of maintenance will be required on my building?
You should enjoy many years of maintenance-free storage, but you should keep your building clean and repaint or stain your building when needed.
How can I re-stain my treated building?
Your SuperShed building treated siding can be stained or touched up with Pittsburg Paints HONEY GOLD stain.
Do I need to have permits or other paperwork?
You are responsible for contacting your local city and county agencies in regard to zoning, permits, setbacks, and covenants. Also, it is recommended that you contact your Home Owners Association (if applicable) to determine what neighborhood rules and regulations may be apply.
Are Engineering Drawings available?
Engineering Drawings are available for most SuperShed buildings. To request drawings for your specific building, contact info@SuperShedks.com and reference your building type, size, and state.
What is the warranty on a building?
Derksen guarantees the standard buildings to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of five years. All exposed pressure treated wood has a lifetime limited manufacturer warranty against termites and fungal decay. Painted treated siding has a LP SmartSide® 50-year warranty against decay, termites and delamination. Metal siding also carries a manufacturer’s warranty against defects. Best Value building carry a 3 year warranty. There is no warranty on used or repo buildings.

Does a Metal Roof cost more than a Shingle Roof?
At SuperShed, we offer a high quality 30-year structural shingle or a 30-year metal roof at the same cost. It’s your choice!
Can I choose where to place windows and doors in my new building?
SuperShed buildings are fully customizable to suit your needs. We offer many great options, so you’re sure to get YOUR building… YOUR way! Some restrictions may apply.
How big are the doors in my new building?
On buildings that are 8′ wide, SuperShed includes a single door, with an opening of approximately 46″. On buildings that are 10′ wide or wider, SuperShed includes double doors, with an opening of approximately 72″. We offer roll-up garage doors at 5′, 6′, and 9′ widths. We also offer metal clad 36″ doors and 72″ eleven lite fiberglass doors.
